Sweet honey crisp apples dance tenderly with tart Granny Smith’s. Together they simmer beautifully in brown sugar, bourbon, browned butter, pure maple syrup, vanilla bean, nutmeg, cinnamon and cardamom. All harmoniously living together under our house 24 hr. brioche cinnamon rolls. Finished with a brush of orange zested simple syrup and a thin maple bourbon glaze, to keep the moisture of the dough and an extra brightness of flavor to navigate the coziest apple pie. Our butter crust is made in house and baked to golden brown, flakey perfection.

You can pick up your pie anytime between the hours of 10am-2pm from now until thanksgiving! Please note that we are closed thanksgiving day and we will need at least 48 hours notice to create your scratch made pie!
