I recently had the honor to travel to Switzerland and visit our extraordinary chocolate company headquarters. There I essentially went back to school and received a chocolate certificate! This stunning pie is paying homage to this experience, Felchlin Swiss chocolate, and the wonder and beauty that chocolate embodies.

A silky dark chocolate pie center that celebrates the tasting notes of this particular chocolate sourced from our friends in Switzerland. Subtle hints of red port wine, cinnamon, orange, pear, espresso, date. vanilla bean and fig. The pie is then finished with a nod to all of these flavors, piped ganache and chocolate chantilly cream.

You can pick up your pie anytime between the hours of 10am-2pm from now until thanksgiving! Please note that we are closed thanksgiving day and we will need at least 48 hours notice to create your scratch made pie!
