Classic- Cinnamon, Browne sugar and butter dancing with subtle notes of orange peel and vanilla bean. Topped with a maple bourbon glaze and three dollops of cream cheese. Perfect for those who celebrate both traditional cinnamon roll toppings. Adorned with dehydrated citrus and edible florals.

Tiramisu- This filling is layered with espresso, dark chocolate, brown sugar and a hint of nutmeg. Once baked it is then enrobed with a thin espresso glaze, piped mascarpone icing, and a lady finger. A cocoa powder finish provides the iconic tiramisu touch we all know and love.

Almond Croissant- This beauty has TWO types of dough rolled together for this perfect treat. Our house brioche dough has a thin layer of a bright almond paste made with a touch of orange, nutmeg, rum flavor, almond paste and vanilla bean. It is then layered and baked harmoniously along side a flakey croissant dough. Finished with almonds, vanilla bean glaze and an edible floral touch.

Biscoff Cookie Butter- Browned butter biscoff sugar slathers the 24 brioche dough prior to rolling and baking to a perfect golden brown hue. It is then tossed in a toffee sugar, piped with a cookie butter cream cheese and topped with a biscoff cookie. The ribbon on this delightful present happens to be a black currant blueberry jam that will illuminate your senses and tie the pastry together beautifully.
